This website is operated by Orva Jewels Inc., trading as Rareva Jewels. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Orva Jewels Inc. We offer this website, and everything available through it, on the condition that you accept the terms, policies and notices set out here.

By visiting the site or buying from us you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced in them, including our shipping policy, return policy and privacy policy. They apply to everyone who uses the site: browsers, customers, vendors and contributors alike.

If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site. Any new features or tools we add later are covered by these terms too. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we sell through.

By agreeing to these terms you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you are and have given consent for any minor dependent of yours to use the site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or break any law in your jurisdiction, copyright law included, in the course of using the Service. You must not transmit worms, viruses or any destructive code.

Breaking any of these terms ends your access immediately.

We may refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Your content, not including card details, may travel unencrypted across networks and may be altered to meet the technical requirements of the networks or devices it passes through. Card information is always encrypted in transit.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission. Headings in this agreement are for convenience and do not affect its meaning.

We are not responsible if material on this site is not accurate, complete or current. It is provided for general information and should not be your only basis for a decision. Consult primary or more timely sources where it matters. Relying on it is at your own risk.

The site may contain historical information, which by its nature is not current and is included for reference only. We may change the contents of the site at any time but are under no obligation to update anything.

Prices may change without notice, and we may modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time. We are not liable to you or anyone else for any such change, suspension or discontinuation.

Some products or services are available only through this website. They may be limited in quantity and are subject to our return policy.

We have made every effort to show the colors and images of our pieces accurately, but we cannot guarantee how your screen renders them, which is one reason we invite you to see a stone in the showroom before you commit.

We may limit sales to any person, region or jurisdiction, and limit quantities, case by case. Descriptions and pricing may change at any time without notice, and we may discontinue any product. Any offer made here is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that any product, service or information will meet your expectations, or that errors in the Service will be corrected.

We may refuse any order, and may limit or cancel quantities bought per person, per household or per order, including orders from the same account, the same card, or the same billing or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order we will try to reach you using the email, address or phone number given at the time.

We may also limit or prohibit orders that appear, in our judgment, to come from dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep it up to date (email address, card number and expiry) so that we can complete your order and reach you when we need to.

We may give you access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control. They are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind and without endorsement, and we have no liability arising from your use of them. Using them is at your own risk, and you should be satisfied with the provider's own terms before you do.

Content and services on our site may include third-party material, and links may take you to sites unaffiliated with us. We do not examine or evaluate them and take no responsibility for their content, accuracy, products or services, nor for any transaction you make with them. Review their policies before engaging, and direct any complaint about a third party to that third party.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans or other material, whether we asked for them or not, you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use them in any medium, without restriction. We are not obliged to keep them confidential, to pay for them, or to respond to them.

We may, but need not, monitor, edit or remove content we consider unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes anyone's rights or these terms.

Your comments must not violate anyone's rights, contain unlawful or abusive material, or carry malware. Do not use a false email address or pretend to be someone else. You are solely responsible for what you post and for its accuracy.

Anything you submit through the store is governed by our privacy policy, which sets out what we collect, who sees it, and how to opt out.

Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions on the site, in descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We may correct them, and change or cancel orders, at any time without prior notice, including after you have placed an order.

We are under no obligation to update or clarify information except where the law requires it. No update date on the site should be taken to mean that everything on it has been revised.

Beyond the prohibitions elsewhere in these terms, you may not use the site or its content:

• For any unlawful purpose, or to solicit others into unlawful acts

• To infringe our intellectual property rights or anyone else's

• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl or scrape
• For any obscene or immoral purpose
• To interfere with or circumvent security features of the Service or any related website

We may terminate your use of the Service for any of these.

We do not guarantee that your use of the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that results obtained from it will be accurate or reliable. We may withdraw the Service for indefinite periods or cancel it at any time without notice.

Your use of, or inability to use, the Service is at your sole risk. (trading as Rareva Jewels), its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data or replacement costs, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of the Service or any product bought through it. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law permits.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Orva Jewels Inc. (trading as Rareva Jewels) and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party arising out of your breach of these terms or the documents they incorporate, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Severability. If any provision here is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, it is still enforceable to the fullest extent the law allows, and the unenforceable part is severed without affecting the rest.

Termination. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive it. These terms remain in effect until terminated by either of us. You may terminate at any time by telling us you no longer wish to use our Services, or simply by ceasing to use the site. If we judge that you have failed to comply with any part of these terms, we may terminate without notice, deny you access, and you remain liable for amounts due up to that date.

Entire agreement. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, with any policies posted on this site, are the entire agreement between us and supersede any prior agreements or communications, including earlier versions of these terms. Ambiguities are not to be construed against the drafting party.

These terms, and any separate agreement under which we provide services to you, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.

The current version of these terms is always on this page. We may update, change or replace any part of them by posting the revision here. It is your responsibility to check periodically, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
